Douglas Forster, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo.
Position: Chairman

Mr. Forster has been associated with the mining and oil and gas industries for the past 28 years. He holds a B.Sc. (1981) in Geology and a M.Sc. (1984) in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Forster has extensive experience and a proven track record in resource project development, mergers and acquisitions, equity finance and public company management. He has been a founder, senior executive and/or director of 12 publicly traded companies listed on North American Stock Exchanges. For almost three decades Mr. Forster has been involved in creating wealth for North American and International investors through natural resource discovery, exploration and development. Mr. Forster is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Luke alexander
Position: President, CEO & Director

Luke Alexander has over 15 years experience covering the global natural resources sector. He founded and has been the principal and director of Park Road Capital, a Vancouver-based, natural resource focused consulting company since September 2018. Prior to that he was the Managing Director at GMP Securities based in Vancouver, British Columbia from April 2017 to August 2018. Before relocating to Vancouver, Luke spent 12 years in London, UK, advising and raising capital for companies focused on the Natural Resource sector. During his time in London he was a senior partner at GMP Securities Europe, Vice President at National Bank Financial, and an equity sales trader at TD Securities. Luke began his career working in the private client group at BMO Nesbitt Burns.

Omaya Elguindi
Position: Director

Omaya Elguindi has been a member of the North American technology business sector for 20+ years. She has been a founder, senior executive, and director of numerous innovative companies that went on to be successfully bought out. Omaya continues to advise investors on tech opportunities and is currently the co-founder, President and CEO of Ekaria LLP, a company that manages the retail rewards program for American Express USA.

Ed Farrauto
Position: Director

During the past twenty five years Mr. Farrauto has been involved in public companies in the capacity of chief financial officer and director. Mr. Farrauto has completed several reverse takeovers involving companies in the mineral, oil and gas, entertainment and technology sectors including Terrane Metals Corp., MBAC Fertilizer Corp., Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., Radiant Communications Corp, Newmarket Gold Inc. and most recently Kirkland Gold Inc. Mr. Farrauto has been involved in the listing of six capital pool companies, Pinecrest Resources Ltd., Edgewater Exploration Ltd., Mammoth Resources Corp., Gainey Capital Corp., Raystar Capital Ltd. and Castle Bay Enterprises Ltd. and successful in completing qualifying transactions for all the companies.

Douglas Hurst
Position: Director

Mr. Hurst has over 30 years of experience in the mining and natural resource industries, having acted as geologist, consultant, mining analyst, senior executive and board member. Mr. Hurst was previously a mining analyst with several Canadian Brokerage firms. Doug was a founding executive of International Royalty Corp., which was acquired by Royal Gold for $700-million in 2010. He was also one of the founders of Newmarket Gold Inc., which was acquired by Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. for $1.0-billion in 2016. Mr. Hurst was the Executive Chairman of Northern Empire which was acquired by Coeur Mining for $ 117 million in 2018. In addition, Mr. Hurst holds a bachelor of science in geology from McMaster University.

Blayne Johnson
Position: Director

Blayne Johnson is currently Founder and Chairman Director of Calibre Mining Corp a multi asset gold producer and Chairman of Featherstone Capital. Recently Blayne Johnson was Founder, Director and Executive VP of Newmarket Gold Inc. which operated three gold mines in Australia with annual production of over 225,000 oz/year. Newmarket was acquired by Kirkland Lake Gold in November, 2016 for $1 Billion. The Company had a market capitalization of approximately $10 million prior to purchasing the gold mines in Australia and that market value grew to $1 billion in approximately 14 months. Blayne has been a respected member of the investment community for over 30 years and has extensive experience in Capital Markets, financial structuring, mergers & acquisitions. During his tenure as Vice President at First Marathon Securities the firm participated in over $5 Billion of equity financings for junior resource companies. Mr. Johnson was also involved as a Founder of Terrane Metals that was purchased by Thompson Creek in 2010 for $650 million.

Ryan King
Position: Director

Ryan King brings an established approach to business in the natural resource sector, with specific and targeted applications for delivering shareholder value in the mining industry. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in increasingly senior capacities in capital markets in the resource sector and was responsible for leading the investor relations activities for Newmarket Gold, as the company completed a $2 billion transformational merger with Kirkland Lake Gold. Before joining Newmarket Gold, Ryan was involved in starting Terrane Metals which acquired the Mount Milligan Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia. From 2006 through to 2010 Mr. King was involved in financing, corporate development, all investor relation activities and assistance with the acquisition of Terrane Metals in 2010 by Thompson Creek for $800 million. During his career, Ryan has assisted in raising $250 million for previous companies. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada, he currently sits on the board of Pinecrest Resources, Edgewater Exploration and is the Vice President of Calibre Mining.

George Salamis
Position: Director

Mr. Salamis has previously held senior management positions with well-established mining & mining exploration companies, most notably Placer Dome Inc. and Cameco Corporation, in addition to his successful formation and management of several junior mining companies listed in Europe and North America. Mr. Salamis has over 20 years' experience directing the exploration, development and mining operations of a number of gold, base metal and coal projects in many different regions of the world. In recent years, he has also played an integral role, both executive and non-executive, in several large M&A transactions valued at over $US 1 billion and significant financing initiatives, raising over $US 800 million in equity financing for various resource companies. Michael Vint
Position: Director

Mr. Vint is Vice President of Mining with Endeavour Financial, a leading financial advisor in the natural resources sector providing advice in project financing, structured finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mike brings to the Pinecrest board extensive experience in mine operations and construction for precious and base metals as well as corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Vint has spent the majority of his career working in mining operations across the United States and Canada, he then transitioned to the Research department of CIBC World Markets covering the gold sector. Mike was a director of Newmarket Gold Inc. which was recently purchased for $1.0 billion by Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. Mr. Vint is a registered professional engineer in the Province of British Columbia and received his Mining Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines.
